Shadow Brook Swim Club (“Swim Club”) offers two types of Associate Membership:
- Summer Associate Membership
$740 for the period of May 25th through Labor Day. - Year Round Membership
$1375 for the period of May 25, 2024, through May 24, 2025
After the pool closes from the Summer season, adults 18 and over will be able to participate in lap swimming during open pool hours, and the family during family swim hours on the weekends.
Associate Summer Membership – $740
Summer Season is from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend plus the remaining weekends in September (weekend after Labor Day dependent on staff availability).
- The pool has lifeguards on duty during open hours.
- During open hours, swimming is available to all ages for 45 minutes each hour plus 15 minutes of adult swimming for those ages 16 and up.
- HOA Members and Associates are invited to participate in and attend special events at the pool which include
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Wednesday night socials, and many others.
- Families can also schedule family birthdays and other parties with advance notice and payment of special event fees.
- Associate members with children 18 or younger are encouraged to join the Shadow Brook Sharks summer cabana swim team.
For returning Summer Associates already set up on our online Condo Control portal, please complete and return the enclosed contract, along with the full membership fee paid online (How to Make Associate Dues Payment Online).
For newly accepted Associates not yet set up on our online Condo Control portal, please send an email to splasher@nullshadowbrook.org for access to our online application and payment portal. You will receive a Welcome email with instructions on the necessary steps to complete the application and payment processes online.
Associate Year Round Membership – $1375
Year round from May 25, 2024, through May 24, 2025. Year round associate members will have pool access in the non-summer months from Labor Day to Memorial Day as described below.
- Hours will vary, but lap swimming (with lane lines in place) is generally available during much of the daylight hours with family swim time during Saturday & Sunday afternoons.
- There are NO lifeguards on duty and swimming is limited to ages 18 and older.
- During the weekend family swim, those 17 and under may swim as long as a family member over age 18 is in attendance.
- A Waiver form must be signed by every person, and each person receives a unique mobile phone access code.
- Bathrooms are locked but accessible via a security code.

Waiting List

As an Associate Member, you are entitled to use the pool during open hours, participate in social activities, and have your children join the swim team. In addition, you will be bound by the privileges and restrictions stated in the Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations of the Swim Club. In particular:
- Associate Members have no voting rights and no participation in decisions of Swim Club
- Associate Members are not bound by the CC&Rs of the Corporation
- Associate Members shall be deemed members upon signing a contract with Swim Club and paying, in full, the Associate Membership fee
- Associate Memberships are not transferable
- Associate Memberships shall be terminated, without reimbursement, for failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations of Swim Club or at the direction of the Board of Directors
Sharks Summer Cabana Swim Team
In order to join the Sharks team, you must be an Associate in good standing (i.e. paid your Associate dues in full).
- Swim Team fees will be $300 for one swimmer, $535 for two swimmers, and $770 for three or more swimmers in your family household.
- Payment for Swim Team is separate from Associate dues and will NOT be accepted before March 11, but must be received before April 10.
- Swim team season begins the week of April 16.

Registration will begin Sunday, March 10, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am in person at Shadow Brook Cabana. Refer to How-to-Pay-Shark-Swim-Team-Registration-Fees-Online for payment instructions.
