The Shadow Brook Board at the November 2022 General Meeting approved a $700 annual HOA member dues assessment for 2023, due and payable as of January 1, 2022. Payments received online or with USPS postmarks after February 15, 2023, will incur a $50 late fee.

We are encouraging everyone to subscribe to Condo Control and pay online – via Bank ACH or credit card – to ease the task of collecting and processing 318 individual checks. Here is a short brief explaining How to Make SB Member Due Payment Online.

2022 Election Results are in!

The inspector of elections has certified the election results for the 2022 Election held on November 29. 2022. Congratulations to our new 2023 Board members.

In addition, there were several write-in votes. The current Board has been provided with the names of the write-ins and they will be contacted to determine their interest.

Thank you to all the homeowners who voted in this election. We had over 36% of the homeowners come out to vote this year.

The Shadow Brook 2022 Summer Swim season has come to an end. We hope everyone had a great summer and look forward to your return on Memorial Day weekend May 2023.

Shadow Brook is now moving to our 2022 Fall Season which allows for lap swimming every day from 7 am to 9 pm with each individual swimmer (age 18 or older) required to fill out a Waiver as there will be no lifeguards on duty.

We are very excited to announce that our 2022 Sharks Cabana Swim Team Online Registration has officially started!

Shadow Brook is thrilled to welcome back our cabana swim team this summer for a “back to normal” season. As reigning 2019 Champs, we are excited to be back in the water.

The Shadow Brook Shark season will run from Monday, April 19th to Sunday, July 10th. We have five dual meets with a culmination championship meet on Saturday, July 9th, and our awards dinner celebration on July 10th.
