2025 Shadow Brook Homeowner HOA Dues Notice

The Shadow Brook Board at the December 2024 General Meeting approved a $710 annual HOA member dues assessment for 2025, due and payable as of January 1, 2025. Payments received online or with USPS postmarks after February 15, 2025, will incur a $50 late fee.
