There will be a Shadow Brook Board Meeting on February 26th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The Meeting will be held via Zoom.
Board Meetings are meetings that are held about 10 times a year. While Homeowners Meetings, like the one held in November, are geared towards providing the Homeowners with important information, the Board Meetings are primarily for the Board to discuss activities of the various components of Shadow Brook and vote on certain expenditures and such. However, at Board Meetings, as with all non-special meetings, Homeowners are certainly welcome to attend.
